This weekend The Gateway in downtown SLC hosted a chalk art event to promote foster families in Utah. A couple special artists were invited to create on the sidwalk along with over 50 children and their parents. We headed down to check it out after a visit to the SLC Farmer's Market and below is just a small highlight of what we saw.

A tribute to the great SLC.

Dr. Seuss lived in SLC while he was teaching at the U.

My favorite Einstein quote.

A burst of color.

Invited artist
Gina Jrel. The mermaid's face was yet to be finished while we were there.
